We all feel stress and anxiety at some time or another in our lives. For some people, it will be triggered by an event such as a job interview, a house move, or an illness. There are lots of situations that can cause us to feel stressed for a short period of time. For others though the condition is more debilitating and can be a problem that can have serious consequences for our health and well-being.
