Every programme I offer is built around you; your situation, your goals, your pace. There's no fixed agenda and no generic framework. If you're not sure which package is right for you, book a free 20-minute consultation, and I'll give you an honest answer.

Deciding to invest in yourself is not always straightforward. For many of the women I work with, reaching out is the hardest part, not because they don't want things to change, but because they've spent so long putting themselves last that spending time and money on their own development can feel unfamiliar, even indulgent.

    Pro-ageing 4-Week Programme

    A tailor-made coaching programme to aid in pro-ageing to live your best life by examining lifestyle, diet, exercise and emotional health.

    Each week, you will have an hourly 1-2-1 coaching session that covers different areas of this stage in your life. This programme offers you practical advice and solutions to go through menopause.

    This is a weight-loss programme, which looks at diet, exercise and emotional health to get you to where you want to be.

Booking and accessing packages

All sessions take place on either phone, Messenger, or Zoom. Zoom has easy access for anyone with a smartphone or a laptop. Any follow-up action plan work is sent via email.

Once you have booked your package by either phone or email, I will forward the meeting ID information that is needed if using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Payment is via BACS, PayPal, or STRIPE. If you would like to split your payments, then please get in touch, and this can be arranged via BACS payment.

Every effort has been made to describe as accurately as possible the content of each package. Each client will have different results of success, depending on their commitment to the plans, motivation, and dedication to applying the tools provided with each package. Once payment has been made no refunds will be given. The initial Exploration package fee will be reimbursed to you if you sign up for a further package within 7 days.
