Cognitive behavioural therapy is a therapy that works with a client’s mind to alter and improve patterns of thinking that can cause problems in the client’s life. When somebodies mind takes over and starts to control behaviour, CBT can be a very valuable tool to implement. CBT is a highly effective, focused therapy that deals with the future, not with the past.

CBT is a highly effective tool for aiding positive thinking, working on negative thinking, eliminating self-limiting beliefs, addressing phobias and tackling anxiety.

Using CBT to aid positive thinking.

CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can be used in many different ways for coaching on issues to do with negative thinking to enable you to adopt a positive way of thinking. It is used in areas such as;

Negative Thinking
