The Unstuck Method
A 6-week group coaching programme for women who are ready to stop going round in circles and actually move forward.
You know that feeling.
The one where you look at your life, a life that is, by most measures, absolutely fine, and you still feel like something does not quite fit.
You cannot point to one specific thing that is wrong. It is more of a quiet restlessness. A sense that you have outgrown something, but you do not know what. A feeling that the next chapter should look different, you just cannot work out what different means.
You have been going round in circles with it. Thinking it through. Making lists. Talking to yourself at 2am. Wondering if this is just what midlife feels like now.
It is not.
Feeling stuck is not a permanent state. It is a signal. And the right support, in the right space, with the right questions, can shift things faster than you think.
That is what The Unstuck Method is designed to do.
What Is The Unstuck Method?
The Unstuck Method is a six-week group coaching programme. Six women. Six Wednesdays at 7 pm. Sixty focused minutes each week.
It is not a course you watch alone at your own pace. It is a live, structured coaching experience, which means you get the benefit of being coached in real time alongside other women who are navigating exactly the same feelings.
Each week, we work through one stage of the method together. By the end of the six weeks, you will not just understand why you have been feeling stuck, you will have started to change it.
The programme at a glance:
Six live Zoom sessions — every Wednesday, 7:00 pm–8:00 pm GMT
Start date: Wednesday 2nd July 2026
Maximum 8 women per cohort — kept deliberately small
All sessions are recorded and sent within 24 hours
Private WhatsApp group between sessions for support and connection
A personal 20-minute 1:1 check-in with Sharon at week 3
A reflection worksheet is sent after every session
Investment: £347
Payment plan available: two payments of £185
The Five Stages
What We Work Through Together
Stage 1 — Surface | Week 1 Getting honest about what is really going on. Not what should be wrong, but what actually is. Most women find this stage alone shifts something, because it is the first time they have let themselves say it out loud in a structured way.
Stage 2 — Trace | Week 2 Looking at the patterns and beliefs that have been quietly shaping how you show up in your own life. Not to dwell, just enough to understand where the stuck feeling is really coming from.
Stage 3 — Uncover | Week 3 The question most women have not been asked properly in years: what do you actually want? Not what you think you should want. Not what makes sense. What you actually want, for yourself, in this chapter.
Stage 4 — Shift | Weeks 4 & 5 Practical, grounded work on mindset, habits and the small daily structures that make change real rather than aspirational. This is where the thinking becomes doing.
Stage 5 — Commit | Week 6 The stage most coaches skip. Building the self-trust, anchors and accountability that mean the shift lasts beyond the end of the programme. How to keep going when real life gets in the way.
Testimonials
What Women Say After Working With Sharon
"I decided to have coaching sessions because I felt stuck in my life, not knowing what direction to take next. Sharon helped me change my mindset and realise that I can change my life. I am now back on track, setting goals and looking forward to my next chapter. It was the best investment I could have made in myself." — Sarah Jones
"I absolutely loved my life coaching with Sharon. We have been on a holistic wellbeing journey together, some of which I did not even know I needed when we first started. I learnt so much and got so much out of it. Most importantly, it has had such a positive impact on my life. Sharon is so knowledgeable, and she tailored everything so it was relevant to me." — Nikki Burton
"Sharon helped me clarify my thinking and reframe it into a much more positive state. I know I had lost my way, but now feel that the road ahead will be much more positive. The tools she gave me have been perfectly tailored for me, and I will return to them regularly to keep myself on track." — Mel Brown
