The Unstuck Method
A 6-week group coaching programme for women who are ready to stop going round in circles and actually move forward.
Something doesn't fit, and you can't quite work out what it is. It's not your job, or your relationship, or your home, or any one thing you could point to and fix. It's a feeling that runs through everything, and you can't pinpoint where it's come from or what it's actually telling you.
You've outgrown something, but you can't name it. You sense that this next chapter should look different, and you can't work out what different actually means.
You think about it constantly. You make lists, you have the same conversation with yourself at 2 am, and you wonder if this is just what midlife feels like now.
It isn't.
Here's what I've learned, both from my own life and from working with women just like you: you don't get unstuck by thinking harder about your life. You get unstuck by learning to live differently.
Most of us are so caught up in our heads, replaying the past and worrying about the future, that we've lost touch with the present moment, with what we actually feel, with what we actually want, and with who we actually are right now, in this chapter.
That's what The Unstuck Method addresses. Not just what you want to change, but how you're living, and how a more mindful, intentional way of being can create the clarity that all the thinking in the world hasn't managed to.

What Is The Unstuck Method?
The Unstuck Method is a six-week group coaching programme built around one central idea: that the path out of feeling stuck runs through mindfulness, values, and purposeful living — not through more planning or more pressure.
Six women. Six Wednesdays at 7 pm. Sixty focused minutes each week.
This is not a course you watch alone at your own pace. It's a live, structured coaching experience, which means you get the benefit of being coached in real time, alongside other women who are navigating exactly the same feelings.
Each week builds on the last. By the end of six weeks, you won't just understand why you've been feeling stuck, you'll have started to live your way out of it.

The Five Stages
What We Work Through Together
Stage 1 — Surface | Week 1
Slowing down enough to hear yourself
Most women who feel stuck are living almost entirely in their heads. The first week is about getting out of yours, and getting honest about what's actually going on, not what should be wrong, not what makes logical sense, what actually is.
Stage 2 — Trace | Week 2
Understanding what's really been driving you
This is where we look at what's been shaping your decisions without you realising it, and what's been keeping you small, stuck, or going round in circles for longer than you'd like to admit.
Stage 3 — Uncover | Week 3
The question most women haven't been asked properly in years
What do you actually want? Not what you think you should want. Not what makes sense on paper. What you want, for yourself, in this life, in this chapter.
Stage 4 — Shift | Weeks 4 & 5
Making it real
Understanding why you're stuck isn't the same as living differently. These two weeks are where intention turns into action, where what you've uncovered starts showing up in how you actually structure your days.
Stage 5 — Commit | Week 6
Building something that lasts
The stage most coaching programmes skip. Real life will get noisy again, the pressures will come back, and this week is about making sure the change holds anyway.

I learnt so much and got so much out of it. Most importantly, it has had such a positive impact on my life. Sharon is so knowledgeable, and she tailored everything so it was relevant to me." — Nikki Burton
"Sharon helped me clarify my thinking and reframe it into a much more positive state. I know I had lost my way, but now feel that the road ahead will be much more positive. The tools she gave me have been perfectly tailored for me, and I will return to them regularly to keep myself on track." — Mel Brown
About Sharon
I Know What This Feels Like From The Inside
I'm Sharon Crossett, a fully qualified and accredited life coach and the founder of Life Coaching for Women.
I spent years in a career that looked fine on the outside. I had built something, kept going, done what was expected. And by the end of it, I barely recognised the person I'd become. The pressure, the overwhelm, the constant effort of holding everything together, it had all taken its toll in a way I hadn't even noticed happening.
When I finally stopped, got honest, and did something about it, everything shifted. Not overnight. Just steadily, in the right direction.
What brought me back to myself was learning to slow down. To pay attention. To get clear on what I actually valued, and to start living in line with that, rather than despite it. Mindfulness, time in nature, simplicity, purposeful living, these aren't things I talk about because they sound good. They're how I live. They're the foundation of how I coach.
I work with psychology, CBT and NLP, but above all, I work with what's actually going on for the woman in front of me. No scripts. No one-size-fits-all.
Over 200,000 women have visited my website and read my writing on midlife, feeling stuck, and finding a way forward. The Unstuck Method is for the women who are ready for more than an article.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same as 1:1 coaching? No, but it draws on exactly the same approach. The difference is that you're working alongside other women going through a similar experience, which adds a layer of connection and normalisation that 1:1 coaching doesn't always provide. You still get a personal 1:1 check-in mid-programme, and every session is responsive to the group rather than following a fixed script.
Do I need to know anything about mindfulness to join? No. We start from the beginning. The practices I use are simple and practical, nothing complicated, nothing that requires you to have meditated before. If you're already familiar with mindfulness, you'll find the coaching layer adds a new dimension. If you're new to it, this is a good place to start.
What if I can't make a session? Every session is recorded and sent to all participants within 24 hours. You won't fall behind. That said, the live sessions are where the real value happens — I'd encourage you to treat Wednesday at 7 pm as non-negotiable for six weeks.
I'm not sure I'm ready. Most women who join say exactly that. Ready isn't a feeling that arrives before you take a step; it usually arrives because you did. If you're thinking about it, that's already something. Book a free discovery call, and we can talk through whether this is the right time.
Why only 8 women? Because coaching in a group only works when the group is small enough for every woman to be genuinely seen and heard. Eight is the maximum that allows that. It also means places fill quickly. If you're considering it, don't wait.
What happens after the programme ends? You keep everything: your worksheets, recordings, and the tools from each stage. For women who want to continue working with me, 1:1 coaching options are available. I'll share those details in our final session.
