One Month Commit to Success

A place to start, when you know something needs to change

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next, this one-month coaching package is designed to give you space, clarity, and support, without committing to something long-term.

Many women come to coaching not because everything is falling apart, but because something no longer feels right. Life has moved on, responsibilities have piled up, and somewhere along the way, you’ve lost your sense of direction or confidence.

This month is about slowing things down, understanding what’s really going on for you, and beginning to move forward in a way that feels manageable and grounded.

This is for you if…

  • You feel stuck, flat, or restless, but can’t quite explain why

  • You’re overthinking everything and struggling to find clarity

  • You’ve lost confidence in yourself or your direction

  • You’re juggling a lot and feel emotionally drained

You don’t need a clear goal, a plan, or the “right words” before starting.
That’s something we gently uncover together.

What this month gives you

Over four one-to-one sessions, we will:

  • Create space to talk things through properly

  • Identify what’s really holding you back (often beneath the surface)

  • Explore patterns, beliefs, emotions, and values that influence how you feel

  • Help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in yourself

  • Begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable

This isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to change faster than you’re ready for.
It’s about understanding yourself better and moving forward with intention.

What’s included

  • 4 × 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions

  • Sessions held online via Zoom

  • A calm, supportive, non-judgemental space

  • Personalised reflection exercises to get you motivated and to help you set new habits

  • Gentle support between sessions if needed

Each session is shaped around you and what you need at that point.

“Some of the probing questions you have asked have really hit the nail on the head on the confusion I have felt and reinforced the knowledge that I already have that I am not wrong or selfish for feelings that I have. For that purpose alone, the sessions have been really comforting.

Outside of the core issues I have been trying to get clarity on, it’s thrown up some interesting other angles for me to consider that are definitely limiting my life and decisions, and I can take action on some less scary areas to build my confidence in being bold.

The focus on understanding what little cogs in my life fill my cup has encouraged me to rethink what daily activities I need to do, to feel alive and bring a sense of joy in a hard time.
