What is covered in the Pro-ageing Coaching Programme?

    Week 1. Introduction Lifestyle and Pro-ageing

    Week 1 introduces the concepts of pro-ageing, looking at lifestyle factors and laying the foundations for further weeks.

    Week 2. Diet

    In week 2, we will look at the diet that you have and where it can be changed to maximize your health.

    Week 3. Exercise

    Week 3 is all about the importance of exercise in a pro-ageing life. Exercise for physical and mental health to make you fitter and stronger and full of energy.

    Week 4 . Emotional well-being

    Pro-ageing focuses on the mind as well as the body and this week is all about the emotional side of ageing and how we can approach ageing with a positive mental attitude to enjoy life to the max.
