    This is an hour session to fully understand You and what is happening in your life and what you want to achieve

    Week 2 is all about understanding hormones when you feel hungry, what your body needs and how to exercise for your body.

    What you think and feel and the self-limiting beliefs that you have are crucial to reaching the goals that you set for yourself. This week is all about understanding your mind to lose weight.
