Do you ever get the feeling that you are stuck, as if you have hit the pause button on life? If you do, you’re not alone. So many women reach the point where they have done everything that they are “supposed” to do, you know, all of those societal expectations, built a career, raised a family, built the perfect home life, supported other people. Yet, they get to a stage where something feels off.
