This programme is for women who know they've lost their sense of direction and are ready to find it again.
Over six weeks, we work through where you are right now, what's been holding you back, and what a genuinely fulfilling life looks like for you.
This is not about quick fixes or generic goal-setting. It's about getting to the bottom of what's actually going on and building from there.

6 x 60-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions
Bespoke worksheets tailored to your sessions and goals
Email support throughout the programme
Accountability check-ins between sessions
Who it's for:
Women who feel lost, stuck or as though they've been living someone else's version of their life. If you're ready to put yourself first for six weeks and do the work, this will move you forward.
